Self Defense and Firearms Classes
Basic Pistol Shooting Class
This course deals with the basic knowledge, skill, and attitude necessary for owing and using a firearm safely. Through this class, the student will learn:
Firearm parts and operation
Ammunition
Gun safety
Virginia laws regarding firearms
Shooting fundamentals
This class satisfies all requirements for Virginia Concealed Carry Permit.
Dates: Session 1: Saturday, September 12, 2020
Session 2: Saturday, October 17, 2020
Session 3: Saturday, November 14, 2020
Time: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Location: Warren County Community Center
Ages: 10 years of age and older; 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult
Cost: $75 per session
Limit: 12 participants; pre- registration is required
Deadline: Session 1: September 10, 2020
Session 2: October 15, 2020
